Nurse Aide: Full-Time Float Pool Nights

About The Position
The Nurse Aide assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care, considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated. The position assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team and/or unit. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts starting at 7 PM.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience preferred.
- Successful completion of an approved Aide Training Program/SRNA.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Take routine vital signs.
- Provide routine patient care.
- Document patient care in the EMR within scope of practice.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team and/or unit.
- Consider the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated.
