Requirements
- Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.
- This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to nursing staff
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, transfers, toileting, feeding, and restorative activities
- Apply safety devices, record vital information, and support resident mobility and monitoring
- Prepare beds, manage linens, collect specimens, maintain cleanliness, and restock supplies
- Support clean, organized resident rooms and address safety concerns with supervisors
- Assist with admissions, transfers, introductions, and organization of personal belongings
