About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is seeking compassionate individuals to enroll in our free Nurse Aide Training Program. This program is designed for those interested in starting a career in healthcare, with no prior experience required. The training duration is between 1 to 4 months, and upon successful completion, a position as a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide awaits. This role is the beginning of a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement, including clinical pathways to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program, as well as non-clinical career ladders.
Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
