About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is offering a FREE Nurse Aide Training Program starting 9/9. This program is designed for individuals interested in starting a healthcare career and making a difference in the lives of patients and residents. The training duration is 1-4 months, and upon successful completion, a position as a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide awaits. This role can be the beginning of a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement through clinical career pathways, including becoming an LPN or RN via tuition assistance, and non-clinical career ladders.
Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
