About The Position
Pheasant Wood Center is hiring for a Full Time Paid Nurse Aide Training program. This program is designed for individuals interested in starting a career in healthcare. The training is free, requires no prior experience, and upon successful completion, a position as a Nurse Aide awaits. This role offers opportunities for growth within Genesis Healthcare, including clinical career pathways and support for further nursing education through a tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career ladders are also available.
Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
