About The Position

Genesis Healthcare is seeking individuals to enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program. This program offers a pathway to begin a career in healthcare, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The training is free and requires no prior experience, only a desire to compassionately care for patients and residents. Upon successful completion, a position as a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide awaits, with further opportunities for continuing education and career development.

Requirements

Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
