About The Position
The Heights of Atascosa is seeking individuals with a compassionate heart, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference to join their Nurse Aide in Training (NAIT) program. This program is the first step toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through a State-Approved NATCEP program. The program is selective, focusing on individuals who demonstrate the heart, discipline, and compassion required for skilled nursing. Participants will receive hands-on, guided learning from dedicated Nurse Leaders, covering the full cost of CNA education.
