This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The Nurse Aide I will take vital signs, height, and weight measurements, and maintain patient rooms in a clean and orderly condition. They will observe and report changes in patient conditions, orient patients and families to the unit, and instruct patients on safety measures. Additionally, this role assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones, entering data, and maintaining medical records. The Nurse Aide I will also manage stock supply items and perform technical tasks with appropriate training, such as administering a 12-Lead Electrocardiogram test and routine venipuncture, as outlined in the scope of Nurse Aide I tasks.
