Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program
  • Current Nurse Aide license from Ohio in good standing

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management,
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning,
  • Documenting the care provided
  • Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
  • Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.
