The Nurse Aide Healthcare Technician will support patients and residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene. This role involves taking vital signs, feeding and ambulating patients, and maintaining a clean and orderly patient room. The technician will observe and report changes in patient conditions, orient patients and families to the unit, and assist with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records. They will also manage stock supply items and perform tasks outlined in the Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II scope of practice. Additionally, the technician will perform technical tasks with appropriate training, such as administering 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and routine venipuncture.
