About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join their 'ohana. This role involves helping seniors stay independent, safe, and smiling in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for others and desire a schedule that fits their life. The position is located in Niu Valley, O'ahu, HI, and offers part-time or full-time employment with weekly pay and flexible hours.
Requirements
- Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
Nice To Haves
- Senior care experience is a plus, not a must
- Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
- Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
- Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
- Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
