About The Position
Always Best Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others and want a rewarding career where your work truly matters, we would love to meet you. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and engaged in daily life.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification (CNA accepted)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to assist with mobility and physical support as needed
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
