Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. This role involves helping seniors stay independent, safe, and smiling in their own homes. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
- Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
Nice To Haves
- Senior care experience is a plus, not a must
- Have a heart for helping others
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
- Provide comfort and companionship
- Observe and report changes in client's health or mood
- Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings
