About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role involves working with various clients and filling in where coverage is needed, making it ideal for flexible, dependable caregivers comfortable adapting to different home environments. The position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to take on multiple shifts each week.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification
- Completion of in-person skills training
- High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours
- Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
- Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu
