Job Summary
The Nuclear Scheduler supports outage and project planning activities. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules to ensure the safe and efficient execution of plant maintenance, modifications, and refueling outage activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of scheduling experience in nuclear, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

• PSP or PMP certification.
• Experience with nuclear outage scheduling practices.
• Familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules for refueling outages and plant projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule variance reporting to support project controls.
• Coordinate with plant management, engineering, maintenance, and contractor teams to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Prepare and present schedule status reports and metrics for site leadership.
• Perform additional scheduling and project controls duties as assigned.
