Nuclear Project Manager, Construction Material Testing

The successful hire will transition their work to a nuclear project in Kemmerer, WY in early 2027 for 2-3 years assignment (per diem available during this period). Requirements
- 10 years construction management with DOE or Commercial Nuclear Industry
- Direct experience implementing NQA-1 requirements
- 5 years directly supervising personnel
Responsibilities
- Lead and support field staff, providing daily direction, scheduling guidance, and performance oversight
- Manage project execution including scope, staffing, client coordination, and issue resolution
- Review and approve testing reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Oversee proposals, billing, and project financial tracking
- Partner with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and deliver reliable solutions
- Champion safety by ensuring adherence to PPE requirements and active participation in Atlas safety programs
