You'll guide and develop field teams while steering projects from staffing through delivery, serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, safeguard quality by ensuring testing meets project specifications, keep projects financially healthy from proposal to billing, and set the tone for a strong safety culture across every jobsite. The successful hire will transition their work to a nuclear project in Kemmerer, WY in early 2027 for 2-3 years assignment (per diem available during this period). Requirements

  • 10 years construction management with DOE or Commercial Nuclear Industry
  • Direct experience implementing NQA-1 requirements
  • 5 years directly supervising personnel

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field staff, providing daily direction, scheduling guidance, and performance oversight
  • Manage project execution including scope, staffing, client coordination, and issue resolution
  • Review and approve testing reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Oversee proposals, billing, and project financial tracking
  • Partner with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and deliver reliable solutions
  • Champion safety by ensuring adherence to PPE requirements and active participation in Atlas safety programs
