As a Nuclear Planner Senior, you'll be essential to this historic project, driving planning activities such as developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, coordinating work package sequencing, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution across various plant systems. This is your opportunity to apply your planning expertise and nuclear experience to a transformational project powering Iowa's clean energy future. This is a full-time, project-bound role with an expected duration through December 30, 2028.
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 7+ years Nuclear Experience

Responsibilities
- Develops repair plans and adjusts preventive maintenance plans for implementation.
- Work with station personnel to identify, create, and order parts for repair/replacement activities.
- Planning for work packages for all types of work including, but not limited to Design Change Work Packages, Preventive Maintenance Work Packages, Corrective Work Packages.
- Defines the work standards to use for those activities.
- Identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities.
- Develops work standards to support work packages.
- Provides guidance to more junior system planners or contractors to develop detailed elements of overall packages.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
