About The Position

Prepares patients for procedures, assumes responsibility for patient needs during procedures. Performs all nuclear medicine procedures with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, adhering to the protocols outlined in the department procedure manual upon the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist.

Requirements

  • Completion of Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and/or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • CTNM-Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine Certificate (California State License issue by RHB) or Online state license verification from California RHB stating - License Title: ALL SCOPES DEFINED IN SECTION 30533, PLUS VENIPUNCTURE
  • This is a variable shift that will include some weekends and holiday on call.
  • Flexibility on shift is critical
  • Days worked per week: 3
  • Hours worked per day: 8
  • Work Shift: 08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $83.43 - $125.15 Hourly
  • Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
  • Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
