About The Position
Encino Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide quality imaging as part of a multidisciplinary team. The technologist works in support of the Radiologist, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and is responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS. Encino Hospital Medical Center is a 150-bed hospital in Encino, California, with a multidisciplinary staff and a range of inpatient and outpatient services.
Requirements
- Current California Nuclear Medicine license issued by CDPH and certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology through ARRT or NMTCB.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of acute clinical radiology experience.
- At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment.
