About The Position
The Nuclear Medicine Tech performs basic nuclear medicine studies, with most of the department’s volume coming from stress tests. The daily caseload is 5–12. The role is at an acute care hospital with 212 staffed beds. Schedule options are four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. The listed shift is days, with variable starts at 0600 and 0730. Weekend call is required. The facility may call off one shift every two weeks; guaranteed hours are otherwise specified by the facility’s call-off policy. Free parking is available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- BLS certification.
- California State License.
- ARRT certification.
- NMTCB certification.
