Requirements

  • Successful completion of a certified Nuclear Medicine program.
  • Experience in the completion of all Nuclear Medicine studies with Cardiac Imaging knowledge as well, upon hire.
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, upon hire or Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire.
  • Nuclear Medical Technologist: AZ, upon hire.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS), upon hire.

  • One to Three years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help licensed practitioners provide diagnostic and therapeutic services through the precise application of radionuclides so they can use high-quality images and data.
  • Expertly perform Nuclear Medicine procedures, utilizing radionuclides.
  • Ensure appropriate patient care.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Operate equipment.
  • Adhere to strict radiation safety.
