About The Position
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring safe and accurate patient care. The role uses advanced imaging technology and independent clinical judgment to provide diagnostic results that support patient treatment and outcomes. The technologist works closely with the Director of Medical Imaging Services and the Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This is a registry/PRN position in Maywood, Illinois, with a flexible schedule and rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) through the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) – Division of Nuclear Safety license.
