Requirements

• Clinical diagnostic nuclear medicine testing
• General studies
• Cardiac studies
• Computer interactions associated with these studies
• Utilizing appropriate techniques to ensure quality diagnostic images
• Assisting authorized users in the application and management of therapeutic radionuclides
• Procurement, preparation, quality control, calculation, identification, documentation, administration, disposal, storage, and safe handling of radiopharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical diagnostic nuclear medicine testing, including general studies, cardiac studies, and associated computer interactions.
• Utilizes appropriate techniques to ensure quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists, cardiologists, or medical physicians.
• Assists authorized users in the application and management of therapeutic radionuclides.
• Involved in the procurement, preparation, quality control, calculation, identification, documentation, administration, disposal, storage, and safe handling of radiopharmaceuticals.
