About The Position
Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all protocols, policies, and procedures, while adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state, and federal guidelines. The position is with Piedmont Henry Hospital.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- No prior work experience required.
- One of the following credentials, as applicable: ARDMS or ARRT – Nuclear Med Tech; CNMT – Certified Nuclear Med Tech, registered upon hire; or NMTCB – Nuclear Medicine Tech, registered upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire.
