The Foreman is responsible for breaking down broad strategies into practical action plans and ensuring employees are trained to execute these plans. This includes ensuring compliance with all technical aspects of the job, such as adherence to drawings and procedures. The role is responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance. The Foreman will supervise qualified trades staff and monitor job and budget performance across all shifts.
