NSA Program Manager
About The Position
Nokia is seeking an experienced NSA Program Manager / Regulatory Compliance Lead to support the administration of Nokia's U.S. National Security Agreement (NSA) compliance program. This position serves as a key member of the National Security Office (NSO) and is responsible for coordinating regulatory compliance activities, managing U.S. Government reporting requirements, supporting independent audits, and driving cross-functional execution of compliance obligations across Nokia's business organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Product Security, Engineering, Group Security, Procurement, HR, and business leadership to ensure timely execution of compliance commitments while maintaining strong working relationships with U.S. Government stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experienced NSA Program Manager / Regulatory Compliance Lead
- Experience supporting administration of Nokia's U.S. National Security Agreement (NSA) compliance program
- Experience coordinating regulatory compliance activities
- Experience managing U.S. Government reporting requirements
- Experience supporting independent audits
