About The Position

Develop and maintain products and services, e.g. components, units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Two (2) years of electrical engineering experience
• Two (2) years of experience with: Radio Frequency Measurement
• Two (2) years of experience with: Electrical circuit analysis
• Two (2) years of experience with: Python
• Two (2) years of experience with: Antenna Integrated Radio (AIR) product development for 5G networks using new Radio Time division duplex (NR TDD)
• Two (2) years of experience with: Database tuning/update techniques including TOR (Transmission Observation Receiver) Temp Calibration database (ensures TX power accuracy across temperature), TX/RX (transmit/receive) delay database (ensures that the total delay through the system is characterized and available to the Digital Unit for time alignment)
• Two (2) years of experience with: Air leakage testing (ALT) and long term testing of radio performance
• Two (2) years of experience with: radio product design
• Two (2) years of experience with: radio product development
• Two (2) years of experience with: radio production
• Two (2) years of experience with: software development
• Two (2) years of experience with: radio software verification
• Two (2) years of experience with: software troubleshooting
• Two (2) years of experience with: code review
• Two (2) years of experience with: competence transfer

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, PLM support, product documentation, etc. in accordance with the Ericsson Product Development Principles.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and different production units to improve Ericsson’s product performance and functionality.
• Help ensure product failure related analysis is performed appropriately and that the needed corrective actions are properly assessed and actioned.
• Provide technical support for Ericsson’s product introduction projects and verifications.
• Help develop and maintain Ericsson troubleshooting systems, repair methods and tools for the company’s manufacturing operations.
• Analyze and assess critical faults in Ericsson’s manufacturing processes/operations using statistical tools.
