About The Position

Your role: Executes meticulous quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining product integrity. Reports any disruptions or deviations encountered during the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime. Operates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, meticulously adhering to instructions to ensure operational safety and product quality. Sets up or adjusts equipment in accordance with manufacturing specifications, optimizing equipment performance and ensuring seamless production processes. Maintains vigilant oversight of output quality, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, including the appropriate actions of discarding or remanufacturing to maintain product integrity. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite position in Colorado Springs, CO.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado, CO.
