NPI Engineer, Actuators

Anduril IndustriesCosta Mesa, CA

About The Position

Develop new highly automated manufacturing and pilot lines from concept to production for new and existing products. Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production that enable improved battery performance and/or cost. Plan and Execute DoEs to characterize boundary conditions and optimize process for manufacturability and quality. Own design/manufacturing liaison relationship to optimize product from an automation standpoint prior to release. Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and availability while reducing cost and lead-time. Manage installation, qualification, and ramp of development lines. Generate machine specifications, standards, and documentation.
