About The Position

This role develops innovative compressor sealing solutions for turbomachinery applications, including dry gas mechanical seals, separation seals, seal cartridges, and associated auxiliary systems. The engineer will work through the full product-development lifecycle, from concept and design through analysis, prototype testing, product qualification, manufacturing launch, and field support.

Requirements

• Experience in developing compressor sealing solutions for turbomachinery applications.
• Knowledge of dry gas mechanical seals, separation seals, and seal cartridges.
• Familiarity with the full product-development lifecycle.
• Skills in concept development, design, analysis, and prototype testing.
• Experience with product qualification, manufacturing launch, and field support.
