About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an NP for an Occupational Medicine position at a hospital facility in Massachusetts. This is a 6-month assignment starting on 7/6/2026 and ending on 1/2/2027. The NP will work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. No weekends or major holidays are required. The role involves the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposures under the supervision of a remote medical director. Responsibilities include performing pre-placement screenings, administering vaccines, providing clinical guidance following infectious disease exposures, case management, and collaborating with other teams to ensure employee safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with computer efficiency and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Requirements

• Active MA license
• Controlled substance license
• Board certification required.
• Minimum 1-year of Occ Health experience.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and time management skills to set priorities and efficiently manage workload.

Responsibilities
