This role involves assembling medical components or devices, either partially or completely. The specialist is responsible for ensuring products are bonded and glued according to specifications and quality standards. The position requires proficiency in bonding, gluing, and sonitec welding, with the ability to work in all assembly areas after completing the training period. The specialist will also be involved in checking the quality of materials, assisting with training and onboarding for bonding and gluing processes, operating a heat sealing machine, completing paperwork, and conducting operations in accordance with safety requirements. Additional duties include positioning parts, using manual and robotic machinery for gluing spectrum canisters, performing pressure leak testing, counting, inspecting, cleaning components, and wrapping or bagging assembled products.
