About The Position

This position involves assembling medical components or devices, either partially or completely. The specialist is responsible for ensuring products are bonded and glued according to specifications and quality standards. The role requires proficiency in all areas of assembly, including bonding, gluing, and sonitec welding, after completing a training period. Key tasks include checking material quality, assisting in training, operating various machines like heat sealing and robotic glueing machines, completing paperwork, conducting safety operations, positioning parts, and performing pressure leak testing, counting, inspecting, cleaning, and packaging products.

Requirements

Must have completed training period to bond, glue and sonitec weld and be able to proficiently work in all areas of assembly

Responsibilities

Assemble medical components or devices, partially or completely
Ensure products are bonded and glued according to specifications and quality standards
Check to ensure items or materials used meet quality specifications
Assist in training, onboarding for bond, glue and sonitec weld
Connect and/or bond components with required bonding agent
Glue bodies with dispenser and meet quality specifications
Operate heat sealing machine as necessary
Complete all necessary paperwork
Check for voids in seal and pouch damage
Conduct operations in accordance with safety requirements
Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or by following work order instructions
Use manual and robotic machine for glueing spectrum canister and do pressure leak testing
Count, inspect and clean components as instructed
