NP Endocrinology (NE)
About The Position
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of Endocrinology NP's providing education to patients, family members and providers as needed. This role involves an inpatient setting with the ability to work at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford, Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown, and Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospitals. The position is eligible for state medical license and DEA registration. The NP will be credentialed at our Rutherford and both Nashville hospitals to provide coverage within an integrated referral network. This is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
