Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate all notifications, advisories, SOPs, directives, and guidelines for both customers and users, addressing scheduled and unscheduled outages, release management, and software or hardware deployments.
• Create and distribute operational notices to inform customers and management of all critical incidents.
• Prepare and manage the customer’s Notification Plan.
• Maintain the notification repository and regularly update distribution lists.
• Manage all notification delivery methods, including the service portal, public-facing banners, blogs, ACD, distribution lists, and email.
• Contribute to periodic updates to incorporate any adjustments to notification procedures resulting from new information or emerging incidents.
• Propose and implement automation solutions to improve notification delivery, integrating automated notification systems with modern collaboration tools for real-time updates on Priority 1 and 2 incidents, planned outages, and service advisories.
