About The Position

Seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Retail Insurance Producer to join a growing insurance organization. The Retail Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and growing a profitable book of business. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and manage a personal book of business.
  • Stable career history with a track record of professional growth.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license and/or an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license, as applicable to the line of business.

  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
