About The Position

As Arrive scales its North American commercial operations, we are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and elevate our North American RevOps function. This is a people-first, operationally hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable building a high-performing team as they are rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day execution. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the senior RevOps leader embedded in the North American region — owning team management, in-region stakeholder relationships, and the operational heartbeat that keeps our North American sales engine running. You will directly manage the North American RevOps team, including a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, and will serve as the key conduit between regional field needs and global RevOps strategy — surfacing trends and observations from the region, and partnering with the Global Director of RevOps to ensure North American processes stay aligned with our broader global approach.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • At least 3–4 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth environment — experience in SaaS, Mobility, Fintech, or Marketplace strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience across reporting, pipeline management, and data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the broader RevOps tech stack — forecasting/BI tools (e.g., Looker), sales engagement platforms, and CPQ — is a plus.
  • Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of the North American RevOps team, providing the structure, coaching, and hands-on support that helps each person grow — building capability and productivity from the ground up.
  • Develop each team member through ongoing coaching, performance management, and career growth planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline GTM operations processes and improve tooling adoption, working with the team to turn insights into scalable, repeatable ways of working.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational owner for North American Revenue Operations, ensuring consistent execution across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting cadences.
  • Be the primary point of contact for North American sales leadership — understanding field needs, diagnosing operational friction, and driving rapid resolution.
  • Oversee the North American cadence of pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls in alignment with global RevOps rhythms.
  • Continuously streamline GTM operations processes across the region, simplifying workflows and improving tool adoption to drive greater efficiency for sales teams.
  • Act as a trusted operational advisor to North American Sales leadership, translating field insights into structured operational improvements.
  • Gather feedback directly from in-region stakeholders and translate it into clear, actionable next steps for improving processes.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to ensure cross-functional alignment across the North American go-to-market motion.
  • Identify needs and signals from the field and escalate or translate them into actionable recommendations for the Global Director of RevOps.
  • Work closely with the Global Director of RevOps to ensure North American processes stay aligned with global RevOps strategy, serving as the translation layer between what the region needs and how that gets built into our global structure — including flagging process changes that could benefit other regions.
  • Own regional reporting deliverables up to the Global Director of RevOps, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight-led outputs that meet global standards.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports that give North American sales leadership real-time visibility.
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and user adoption across the region.
