The job involves: Greeting and seating guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner Monitoring traffic flow and informing guests of the approximate waiting time Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service and making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s experience Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
