About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Nonprofit Outbound Call Rep. This is a high-volume outreach role (80–100 outbound calls per day) focused on building partnerships with nonprofit organizations to identify and secure volunteer opportunities at local non-profit organizations for employees with temporary work restrictions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit organizations, educating them about the program, and coordinating placements to ensure a positive experience for both the employee and the nonprofit. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and capable of managing outreach initiatives effectively.

Requirements

• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Comfort interacting with nonprofit organizations and explaining program logistics clearly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inside sales, call center, or high-volume outreach required/preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems or volunteer management software.
• Comfortable working toward daily call/activity goals
• Knowledge of the local nonprofit landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to nonprofit organizations via phone, email, and other communication channels to identify volunteer opportunities.
• Clearly communicate program benefits to nonprofits, emphasizing the low-risk, no-cost nature of participation.
• Secure positive placements by coordinating with volunteer coordinators or program managers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, responses, and placements in company CRM or tracking systems.
• Follow up to ensure successful placement outcomes and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local nonprofit partners to expand placement opportunities.
• Provide regular reports to management on outreach performance, placement activity, and emerging opportunities.
