About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a high‑velocity hiring organization focused on engineering, safety, and operational roles. This role partners closely with hiring teams to deliver full‑cycle recruiting support in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment. This is a hands-on recruiting position well suited for someone who is comfortable sourcing, screening, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle OR Bellevue

Requirements

  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, or operational roles
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience recruiting in large enterprise or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with engineering, aviation, safety, or operations-focused roles (non technical)
  • Experience working in structured or process-driven recruiting organizations

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer support
  • Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach and multiple recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities
  • Track and manage recruiting activities within applicant tracking systems
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet hiring timelines and support surge or time-sensitive hiring needs as required
