About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a high‑velocity hiring organization focused on engineering, safety, and operational roles. This role partners closely with hiring teams to deliver full‑cycle recruiting support in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment. This is a hands-on recruiting position well suited for someone who is comfortable sourcing, screening, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle OR Bellevue

Requirements

Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, or operational roles
Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environment
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience recruiting in large enterprise or high-growth environments
Familiarity with engineering, aviation, safety, or operations-focused roles (non technical)
Experience working in structured or process-driven recruiting organizations

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer support
Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach and multiple recruiting channels
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities
Track and manage recruiting activities within applicant tracking systems
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring timelines and support surge or time-sensitive hiring needs as required
