About The Position

The Non-Profit Coordinator supports the Concessions team by managing NFP groups that volunteer with Levy at Q2 Stadium. The NFP Coordinator is also responsible for check in before and after the event, assist with training, organize group needs, audit event paperwork, and completes other administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with non profit volunteers and provide event schedule to groups.
  • Checks in non profit volunteers on event days.
  • Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, partner personnel, non profit volunteers.
  • Process non profit settlements for payment.
  • Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
  • Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Oversees event day check-in – this includes but is not limited to preparing check in with paperwork, uniforms, setting up tables/chairs, and appropriate signage and breaking down after check-in concludes.
  • Documents performance concerns, policy violations, and attendance issues related to nonprofit groups and participates in corrective action conversations and helps administer coaching and written corrective actions for nonprofit volunteer members with management support.
  • Visits and monitors team member areas for guest service assessments measuring successes and coachable areas as well as well as Levy compliance items – this includes but is not limited to volunteer audits and uniform/grooming guideline compliance.
  • Assists with event day team member check in, including set-up and break down.
  • Assists in facilitating raffles, team member giveaways, and engagement opportunities.
