About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling Non-profit groups to staff UW Athletic Events.

Requirements

• Ability to source and onboard new and existing NPO groups.
• Proficiency in assisting with event day check-ins, including set-up and breakdown of volunteer check-in areas.
• Skill in ensuring tracking of volunteer compliance and training.
• Capability to distribute and communicate event-day details.
• Ability to act as a resource for NPO groups when issues arise with management.
• Experience in tracking attendance and conduct of NPO groups.
• Proven ability to actively recruit using various methods for new NPO groups.
• Experience in auditing NPO groups and files in a routine manner.
• Professional and client-centric communication skills via telephone and email.
• Ability to assist with staffing, including finding staff on short notice.
• Effectively work and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and Supervisor.
• Ability to attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform job safely.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
