About The Position

Bluegrass Orthopaedics (BGO), Kentucky's leading provider of expert musculoskeletal care, is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified, or board-eligible Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician to join their dynamic private practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-established sub-specialty orthopaedic group with a new location in Jessamine County, offering strong growth potential and the chance to work with local sports teams. The practice is looking for a physician to continue the development of their strong Sports Medicine service line, which currently includes 3 physicians and 5 mid-level providers. BGO serves patients throughout the Bluegrass and Southern Kentucky region, with a drawing area of over 1.1 million people. The practice boasts 12 sub-specialty physicians, 16 mid-level providers, 7 offices, in-office X-Ray and MRI, an outpatient surgical center, and 6 physical therapy locations.

Requirements

• Must be fellowship-trained.
• Must be board certified or eligible.
• Must be able to obtain state medical license.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-operative sports medicine care.
• Work with local sports teams.
• Perform ancillary procedures.
