Requirements
- A blend of compassionate care and strong interpersonal skills is essential.
- A keen attention to detail is necessary for tasks such as medication reminders and light housekeeping, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
Nice To Haves
- HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certifications is preferred, but not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for those without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping like Vacuuming, changing linens, laundry, and emptying trash
- Medication reminders and assist clients with pre-dosed medication
- Basic meal preparations
- Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) like showering and grooming
