About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring non-medical caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. Caregivers help clients meet the challenges of aging while maintaining their dignity and receiving compassionate care. The role involves assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping clients remain at home.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting or incontinence care.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Transport clients to appointments and run errands with them.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
