About The Position
Visiting Angels is seeking a compassionate non-medical caregiver to provide personalized care and support to seniors and individuals in need in Morgantown, WV and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities and offering companionship in a respectful and empathetic manner. Visiting Angels is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care to individuals in the Morgantown, WV community. We focus on enhancing independence and dignity for our clients through personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid and up to date driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
