Requirements

Responsibilities

Support customers by processing account-related transactions and requests.
Assist customers with online account access, navigation, and troubleshooting.
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account inquiries and transactions.
Process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Research and resolve customer issues using available resources and internal tools.
