About The Position

Community Hospital is seeking an additional Diagnostic Cardiologist to join the expanding Grand Valley Cardiology team. This role is crucial for supporting the hospital's growth and success, offering both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services, and supporting a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. The Cardiology Group currently consists of 3 Cardiologists and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners. This position offers 4 full-days of patient contact time per week, a strong network of supporting specialists, and a dedicated ramp-up period for new physicians. The EMR system used is Meditech Expanse.

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in Cardiology.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado.
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges.

Nice To Haves

• Training in advanced Cardiac Imaging.
• Training in device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services.
• Support the Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program.
• Engage in 4 full-days of patient contact time per week.
• Collaborate with a strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
