Non-Ferrous Warehouse
About The Position
This position identifies and receives inbound non-ferrous metals to be recycled from the general public. This process is done by weighing material, inputting the correct commodity code into the system and then putting the material in its proper location. The role involves providing great customer service at the Non-Ferrous area, assisting customers with weighing and inspecting material, and learning to operate machines (forklift, balers, shaker table, etc.) to help with the recycling process. The work is performed in a warehouse type environment subject to the elements.
