About The Position
TCS Mobility is seeking a Non-Emergency Transport Driver to join their growing team for the VA Columbia location. This role involves transporting passengers safely and on time, ensuring their safety, operating a motorized lift (training provided), maintaining vehicle cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all driving laws and regulations. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean and active driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on time.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Operating motorized lift (will provide training).
- Maintaining safe and clean vehicle conditions.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
- Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.
- Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.
